Payment by bank transfer:

As soon as you have concluded your order, you receive an email from ALTEREGO. In this email, you will find our banking information, the amount to pay and the communication to include.
As soon as we receive the amount on our bank account, ALTEREGO will send you a confirmation email. The waiting time of a national bank transfer is 1 to 3 days. The waiting time of an international bank transfer is 2 to 5 days.
Your products will then be sent and you will receive them within 3 working days.

Payment by cheque:

As soon as you have concluded you order, you receive an email from ALTEREGO. In this email, you will find our information, the amount to pay and the communication to include.
You can then send your cheque and adress it to:

As soon as our bank receives your cheque, ALTEREGO will send you a confirmation email. Your parcel will then be sent and you will receive it within 3-5 working days.

Payment in cash on delivery:

You can choose to pay your parcel in cash to the deliverer. This payment method costs an addition of 8 euros for Belgium and 13 euros for Holland. This payment method is only available in Belgium and Holland.
When you have chosen this payment method, you receive an email from ALTEREGO with the total amount to pay in cash to the deliverer. Your parcel will then be sent and you will receive it within 3 working days.

Payment in cash:

You can choose to come and pick up you order at ALTEREGO's office and pay cash. This possibility is arranged at the second step of the ordering process.

In this case, ALTEREGO sends you an email describing the possibilities to pick up your order. You have to print this email to come and pick up your products. The payment will be made in cash at ALTEREGO's office.

ALTEREGO does not have a bankcard payment system.
