Delivery (home or workplace)

ALTEREGO offers you 2 delivery methods:

Home delivery

• Payment before delivery: You order has already been paid by one of our payment methods. Your products will be delivered to you by DPD. The delivery period will vary between 24 and 72 hours depending on the destination and the days off.
• Cash on delivery payment: If you choose this method of delivery, the total payment of your order will be asked to you in cash at the reception of your products. This method of delivery costs an addition of 8 euros for Belgium, 13 euros for Holland, and is only available in these two countries.

Pick-up at ALTEREGO's warehouse

• Showroom open: When the showroom is open please go there to make the payment and / or withdraw your delivery order. Therefore you can visit our warehouse equipped with the latter to remove the goods.
  NB: The warehouse is located 1km from the showroom. A map will be given.

• Showroom closed: Where the showroom is closed, you will need to get to our office to make payment and / or withdraw your delivery order.

Payment:

¹. You can choose to pay your order in advance by one of our payment methods and then come and pick up your products with the confirmation email you have received.

². You can choose to pay you order in cash when picking up your products at ALTEREGO's office. You have to come with the total amount in cash and the confirmation email you have received. (Once you have concluded your order, you will receive a confirmation email describing the pick-up conditions)

ALTEREGO delivers its products in the following countries:

• Belgium
• France
• United Kingdom
• Holland
• Luxembourg

Some postal codes can not be served by our "express"carriers. Ex: Wadden Islands (Netherlands), Northern Ireland, Franco-Norman Islands, Corsica and other French islands.

Delivery costs

The amount of delivery costs depends on the number of articles transported. If you buy several products of the same model, reductions will be applied. These reductions are described in every product descriptions.

For great quantities orders, we can plan shippings on pallets at an attractive price. Do not hesitate to ask us an estimate in the business orders area.

For an optimal service, ALTEREGO decided to work with 1 transport partner: DPD

The time of delivery varies depending on the destination, between 2 and 5 working days after reception of the payment. (Not on Saturdays and Sundays)

All our products are insured against transport damages.

Delivery

Deliveries take place to the ground floor, it means without assembling and without any possibilities of delivering upstairs.

All our parcels are shipped within 2-3 working days. You will then receive an automated email including a tracking number. This one will allow you to follow in real-time your parcel on DPD's website.

90% of our products arrive at destination between 9 and 14 o'clock. If nobody is present to receive the product, the deliverer will pass again twice later. If, despite of these two attempts, the products are not received, you can pick them up at the closest DPD/UPS pick-up point. (A card will be left in your mailbox)

At the time of delivery, please check the parcel condition. If this one seems to have been damaged during the transport, it is imperative to specify, through the delivery note, acceptance with reservations concerning signs of damage before accepting it. However, it is not necessary to unpack the item, to check it and to assemble it in the presence of the driver. In case of defective products or damaged products, please let us it know within 48 hours after reception of the parcel. Our after-sales service will give you a response as quickly as possible.
NB: After this period, complaints about parcel condition won't be accepted.

In case the item is damaged on arrival, please do not assemble it before having received an answer from our After-Sales service department. All assembled products are considered as accepted.

If you want a tracking number in order to follow the delivery of your products, please ask us at info@alterego-design.be and mention your order number. We will then send you your tracking number that you can enter on the web site of the transporter.
